there is no outlet to protest a promo code which is rejected, even if it's brand new and not used. tracfone makes it VERY difficult to communicte issues. be very wary of this, tracfone users, there are scams afoot.
I NEED a data code! I bought the $5/1000 texts and thpught i could get tracphone to let me use the code from may to dpuble the texts again, sonce ive been a loyal cuatomer flr over 10 years. Nope. Tracphone ia not the best.... esp customer service wise.
Where are the codes for the 1 GB cards none in August an havnt seen any in September yet
When I have had a promo code rejected I just call tracfone and they have always let me try a different one until I find one that works.
