Newly available from Tracfone, the latest version in this lineup features a 6.5" screen, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage and has a 50 MP rear camera. It also comes with a MediaTek processor and runs Android 11. While this device isn't as big of an upgrade over the 2021 model, it still packs a lot of great features for the price and is available from Amazon for $107.

TCL A4X 5G
Delivering a 6.52" screen, 64 GB internal storage, 4 GB RAM and octa-core processor, the A4X is a very interesting device. TCL isn't known for the best quality, but their phones have been improving recently and they have been offering a number of budget unlocked smartphones that are also gaining popularity.
