How to Add Minutes and Test Different Promo Codes

While many people use their phone to add a new minutes card, there is another options that allows the user to test several different codes in case the first promo code didn't work.

  1. Go to TracFone.com
  2. At the top right corner, click Add Airtime > Add Card Online.
  3. Add the Airtime pin from the card, your telephone number and a promo code.
You will get at least three tries (sometimes more) using this online form to add minutes, which is convenient when trying older promo codes.

  8. OMG!!! I had no idea this would really flippin work, BUT IT DID...:) And the best part is not only did it give me free bonus mins, it gave me ALOT more than the promo list up top said it would. I had a 120 min. card to add to the phone, i put in the promo code "94074" (said it would give 60 bonus min) But no sir it just gave me 240 BONUS FREE MIN.!!!!!   21. I just used code 67861 I received 60 additional minutes on my 60 minute prepaid card. Which isn't is much as some said but hey its better than a poke in the eye! I just love tracfone! Dropped my 16 year old contract with (won't say their name, but they have the world logo). I kept telling them if they wanted to keep me better give me a better rate (3 phones spending close to $200 a month and that was with my company discount!)Guess customer loyalty doesn't mean a thing! Well the bigger they are the harder they fall! Thanks Tracfone please don't become one of the big gaints that forgets us (customers) that helped them to become gaints!

    The phones qualified for "triple minutes", so I was expecting a total of 1400 minutes; I was a little surprised I got a total of 1500 minutes on each phone.




    This was the first airtime added after initial activation, and a total of 1500 minutes was added. Not clear if the extra "bonus" 100 minutes was from the promo code.

  114. LG 840g though a very sexy phone, with WiFi. Has software issues I discovered, the lower icons did not respond to touch on the subsequent pages past the first. Stylist doesn’t work either. The phone unlocked with any incoming messages or calls, which means it, was pocket dialing, editing and sending out calls and messages. All while in a very nice full coverage Blackberry leather case. No way to turn off and on some things on the phone except to reset it. The software just got more unpredictable after updating it with the TracFone website. I was sad to return it, really wanted the WiFi to use. Also the phone was dated 2010 internally, just received it last month Feb. 2013, in a sealed package, so that’s how old the battery and software was, maybe no patches could fix it?
