Where does one check with why Tracfone has never honored a code on my account?
I know about FCC but will they really hold Tracfone to the fire or just let Tracfone keep getting by on so many people saying they are treated the same way?
I tried both 1 GB bonus data codes (69458 & 78439) and neither worked. I'm so disappointed, all I can say is... Consumer Cellular here I come.
Both the surviving 500 Mb bonus codes on the 1 Gb plan have been exhausted on both my phones. You ought to note that codes don't last forever.
I'd appreciate details on how to work with the Tracfone helpline. One tip I've found, you have to say "customer service" THREE TIMES in response to three nearly identical prompts to talk to a person.
I had an International Neighbors number in Chihuahua, Mexico once (received one spam caller from Mexico City), but it didn't move over when I changed my Tracfone number. All I see on the web is blog posts from 14 years ago about problems with all the international services. Nothing on Tracfone Reviewer about these services. I wonder if they are still maintained!

I am not with Tracfone I am a customer like you and I am having the same problem with October 2021 promo codes saying these two codes listed below have expired and it is only Tuesday, October 12, 2021:
69458 - 500 bonus Data - 1 GB Data Card - working October 2021
78439 - 500 bonus Data - 1 GB Data Card - working October 2021
But, I have figured out why and it is Tracfone's fault. For October 2021 and October 2020 Tracfone used the two exact promo code numbers and therefore it is considered expired because it is October 2020 promo codes for the exact same item. You can click on the links below to see via their website online if not I've just copied and pasted what is stated on those two websites.
Tracfone you all should automatically add to everyone who tried to update their accounts using these two promo codes for October 2021 because you all missed up on this particular situation.

I will re-post and e-mail via Facebook, on Tracfone's official website, and etc...Please fix this problem and make it right for your current customers who tried to upload these promo codes but did not get the bonus data added on because of the problem.

Code 22448 is working as of today (10-21-21) for $50 off the $125 annual plan or about $6.433 per month. The best deal I have found for a cheap backup mobile👍🏻😁
We tried to use the 22448 coupon code for $50 off of the $125.00 for the 1 year Tracfone top up card through the online Walmart website, but for some reason it won't accept the coupon? Does Walmart accept the coupons for purchasing top-up cards?
