TCL A4X 5G

TCL isn't known for the best quality, but their phones have been improving recently and they have been offering a number of budget unlocked smartphones that are also gaining popularity. Dissappointed Wifi Calling on brand new Tracfone Samsung Galaxy A51 (Android 11) does not work.
Dear Sirs,
Tracfone has been our first and only service (many years, our 3rd set of phones). The supervisor Mr. Eugels at Tranfone Call Center informed me that Tranfone Network in my area (Verizon network) does not offer Wifi calling even though my phone said eligible and I was able to turn the features on, on the phone.
What gives? This is very disappointing. My wife and I got new smart phones for several reasons:
⦁ 1) Faster networking,
⦁ 2) More features (hearing aid support),
⦁ 3) New OS version Android 11,
⦁ 4) Wifi calling (further reducing costs),
⦁ 5) Continuing Tracfone service.
We would have purchased these phone through Tracfone but they did not have any available at the time. We had to purchase them through Amazon. We are very happy with the new tracfone phones and being able to keep our service but very disapointed and discussed with not being able to use Wifi calling. We live in Larkinsville, AL near Scottsboro, AL. This is a rural area with only one cell tower near our area in Skyline, AL. This is a mountainous area and service is spotty, calls can cut in or out. Being able to use wifi from our home would have been a big plus. My son's house has no cell coverage but he does have wifi, thus we can not make calls from his house.
Is it true that Tracfone wifi calling is not available in my area? If true will it be available in the near future? If not why not?
After waiting a long time on phone support and first talking to a pleasent service girl representative I was told to hold for a supervisor (Mr. Eugels) which took about 20-30 minutes. Mr. Eugels while polite talked around the wifi calling issue then said that the service network in our area did not support wifi calling. Our internet service provider is very good and our wifi is very reliable. The phone connects with our router and maintains connections very well.
Again I say, "What gives?"
