87159 not working on a BYOP line. Promo codes were the only reason to stay. Time to look for another provider.
50808 For 20 minutes on 60 minute plan shows as invalid for me 4/18/22.
Still wondering if anyone else is having trouble simply logging into Tracfone's website. Can't buy anything that way, have to use the app. I called and their tech support is no help. Won't answer via messenger. Frustrating.
Same trouble to log in on website: can't get to enter a PW and site no longer recognizes PIN. Also keep receiving "invalid Acct error" msg when trying to purchase add-on data. I'm not comfortable making purchase via the phone app and prefer to purchase via computer so I can save bucket amts and purchase confirmation. Very frustrating. Thought Verizon would bring some improvement to the prior TF website experience... but it's gone from "almost bad but at least it works" to "WTH, who approved this garbage?" After 20+ yrs w/ @Tracfone it might be time to move to a better provider. Good job Verizon... >:-p
I had to switch browsers to Chrome to log in. They've done some crappy stuff to their web code.
Having much difficulty logging into my account to use promo codes. Called support twice. No help. Received a ticket number. Something changed yet no one can tell me anything. Very frustrating.
It's Verizon. A horrible company with an extra long track record of the worst!!! I'm ready to bail on them.
